Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with every feature. You only need your name, email and company to start, no credit card.
Who counts as a user?
Members of your workspace: the people who start requests, do steps, approve, build processes or manage settings. People outside the company who use a public form, fill in a guest step or follow their request on the tracking page never count.
Are there feature tiers or add-ons?
No. There is one plan and every workspace gets every feature. The only thing that changes the price is the number of users.
How does yearly billing work?
Paying yearly costs the price of 10 months, so you get 2 months free compared with paying monthly.
Can I change the number of users later?
Yes. You choose how many seats you pay for, at least 5, and can add or remove seats at any time from Settings → Billing. Added seats are charged in proportion to the rest of the period, and removed seats are credited.
What do 5 users get me?
The 5 users included in the base price can use everything, with unlimited processes and requests. A simple way to start is with the people who approve and do the steps, then invite the rest of the company as each process goes live.
