Easyflow for manufacturing
Quality, maintenance and purchasing processes that close the loop
A plant runs on routines that sit between the ERP and the shop floor. A defect is found on the line, a machine needs a repair, the cycle count does not match the system, a supplier has to be qualified before the first order.
Each of these has a right way to be done, and usually a form for it. What breaks is the handoff: the nonconformity that was contained but never got a root cause, the repair that was approved in the hallway, the inventory write-off nobody above the warehouse lead ever saw.

Where the work gets stuck today
And what changes when each routine becomes a clear process with an owner, a form and a deadline.
Nonconformities that never close
TodayThe problem is contained, the line restarts and the corrective action fades. Months later the same defect comes back.
With a processThe quality nonconformity process runs containment, root cause, an action plan with an owner per action, approval and an effectiveness check, in that order and with deadlines.
Repairs approved in the hallway
TodayMaintenance fixes what is urgent and the cost surfaces later, with no record of the materials or labor that went into it.
With a processA maintenance request records the diagnosis, approves the cost before the work and totals materials and labor in a line-item table.
Inventory losses nobody signs off
TodayCount differences are adjusted in the system to make the numbers match, and the reason is lost.
With a processAn inventory adjustment lists each difference with its value and a probable cause, and the total decides who has to approve it.
Routines that depend on one person
TodayWhen the person who knows the routine is out, the request waits on their desk or the step gets skipped.
With a processEvery step has an owner, such as a person, a group or someone picked earlier in the form, and out-of-office delegates pick up the work while they are away.

Quality nonconformity
Record a defect with evidence, contain it, find the root cause and check later that the fix actually worked.
Report → Containment → Root cause and action plan → Plan approval → Effectiveness checkMaintenance request
Report a broken machine or area, approve the repair cost and record materials and labor in one place.
Request → Assessment → Cost approval → Execution → Confirm the repairSafety inspection
Walk the floor with a checklist, back it with located photos and open corrective actions for what fails.
Inspection → Corrective action → VerificationFire extinguisher and first-aid check
Walk past every fire extinguisher and first-aid kit once a month with photos and a signed record, and send anything missing to facilities.
Location → Check → FacilitiesInventory adjustment
Justify differences between the system and the shelf, with the total value deciding who approves.
Count → System adjustmentPPE issue and training
Record the protective equipment issued to each operator, with a signed training acknowledgment on the same record.

Route purchases of parts and supplies by amount and issue the purchase order PDF at the end.
Request → PurchasingSupplier onboarding
Collect a new supplier's documents and run a finance check before the first order goes out.
Supplier → Documents → Finance check → RegistrationProduct sample request
Send product samples to a prospect, track the shipment and record whether the customer approved them.

Line items
Line-item tables list parts, materials and count differences, with totals per column.
Totals and formulas
Formulas compute totals and values as people type and are recalculated on the server when the step is saved.
Approval limits by amount
The value of an inventory loss or a purchase decides who approves it, without anyone looking up a policy document.
Files and attachments
Photos, reports and test results are attached to the step they belong to, not to an email thread.
Recurring schedules
Recurring inspections can start automatically every week or every month.
Insights
Volumes, lead times and late steps per process show where nonconformities or repairs get stuck.
Questions teams ask
Does Easyflow replace our ERP or MES?
No. It does not plan production, manage stock or run the line. It handles the approvals and records around them, and sends data out through signed webhooks and CSV export.
Can a corrective action run in parallel across departments?
Not as parallel branches. A process is a linear list of steps on purpose. The action plan is a table with an owner per action, and conditions skip the steps that do not apply.
Does it fit a quality management system like ISO 9001?
Easyflow does not certify anything. It gives each nonconformity a dated, tamper-evident timeline of who did what, which is the kind of record a quality system relies on. What you record is still defined by your own procedures.
Can we change the ready-made processes?
Yes. Every gallery process is a starting point: add, remove or reorder fields and steps, change who owns each step and set your own deadlines.
