These terms of service ("terms") are an agreement between Getss LLC ("we", "us") and the business that uses Easyflow ("customer", "you"). They apply to the Easyflow app, our website at https://easy.wf, and the related emails and public pages. They are effective as of 2026-10-11.
1. Accepting these terms
By creating a workspace, accepting an invitation or otherwise using Easyflow, you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it, and "you" means that organization.
Our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Addendum are part of these terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Easyflow is for business use only. It is not offered for personal, family or household use, and it is not intended for children. Every user must be at least 18 years old.
- A workspace is your company's space in Easyflow. The person who creates it is the workspace owner.
- Users are the members of your workspace. The owner invites other users by email, and each user sets their own password; nobody sets another person's password.
- Each user needs their own login. Do not share logins between people.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done under your users' accounts.
- Tell us right away at security@easy.wf if you suspect unauthorized access to your workspace.
3. Free trial
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start it. To keep using Easyflow after the trial, the workspace owner or an admin subscribes to the paid plan in the app. If the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace becomes read-only: its members can still sign in, see and export everything, but nothing new can start or move forward, and public links, schedules and email approvals pause until someone subscribes. Section 14 applies to the content of a workspace that stays without a subscription.
The trial is provided as is, without any commitment from us, and we may limit trials to one per company.
4. Subscription and fees
As of the effective date, Easyflow has one plan:
| Monthly billing | Yearly billing | |
|---|---|---|
| Workspace, including 5 users | $49 per month | $490 per year (the price of 10 months) |
| Each additional user | $5 per month | $50 per year (the price of 10 months) |
- Seats and outsiders. Fees are based on the number of seats you choose, at least 5. Each member of your workspace, including invited members who have not yet accepted, uses one seat, and you cannot invite more members than you have seats. People outside your company who submit public request forms, fill in guest steps or follow their requests on a tracking page do not use seats and are free.
- Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscribing during the trial does not shorten it: the first charge happens when the trial ends. Adding seats is charged right away, in proportion to the rest of the current billing period. Removing seats is credited the same way on the next invoice. Switching between monthly and yearly billing starts a new billing period, and the unused part of the old one is credited.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period length, until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Price changes. We may change prices or the plan. We will notify the workspace owner by email in advance, and the change applies from your next billing period after the notice.
- Taxes. Fees do not include taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use or similar taxes that apply, other than taxes on our income.
- Refunds. Fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where the law requires otherwise or these terms say so.
- Late payment. If a payment fails, we tell the workspace owner and retry it for a period. If fees remain unpaid after that, the workspace becomes read-only, as described in section 3, until they are paid.
5. Your content
You own your content. Everything your workspace holds, including processes, form values, files, comments, generated documents, lists and schedules, and the information people outside your company submit to you ("customer content"), belongs to you or to whoever provided it to you. We claim no ownership of it.
License to operate the service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, transmit and display customer content only as needed to provide, secure and support Easyflow for you, and as you instruct through the service. Your instructions include, for example, sending emails and webhooks you configure and, when someone in your workspace uses the AI assistant, sending the relevant content to our AI provider.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for your customer content and for how you use it. You confirm that you have the rights, permissions and consents needed to put it into Easyflow and to have us process it under these terms, and that you give the people concerned any notices the law requires.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to let anyone else:
- use Easyflow for anything illegal, or to store or send content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, defamatory or deceptive;
- use public request forms, guest steps or event emails to send spam or unsolicited messages, to impersonate others, or to collect passwords or payment card numbers;
- upload malware or anything designed to harm systems or data;
- probe, scan or test the security of Easyflow, try to get around rate limits, permissions or workspace isolation, or access another workspace's data, except as described for reporting vulnerabilities in our security overview;
- overload or disrupt the service, or access it through automated means other than the features we provide, such as webhooks;
- resell, sublicense, rent or offer Easyflow to third parties as a service, or use it to run a service for others;
- copy, decompile or reverse engineer the service, except where the law expressly allows it.
Unless we agree in writing, do not use Easyflow to store payment card numbers, protected health information regulated under HIPAA, or other categories of data that require specific regulatory controls.
We may suspend access to a workspace that violates this section, or that puts the service or other customers at risk. We will tell you when we do so, and will give notice first when it is practical.
7. People outside your company
Easyflow lets you involve people who do not have an account: they can submit public request forms, fill in a single guest step from an email link, and follow their request on a tracking page with email updates.
When you do this, you are responsible for:
- having the right to send these people requests and emails, and for the email addresses you use;
- the information you ask them for and how you use it;
- giving them any notices and obtaining any consents the law requires, including for signatures, photos and location.
These people are not parties to these terms.
Signatures. A signature field records a typed name, an acceptance of the text being signed, the time, the signer's user and email address, and a salted hash of the IP address. You are responsible for deciding whether this meets the legal requirements for the documents you use it for.
8. AI features
The AI assistant is optional. It is used only when a manager asks it to draft or edit a process or a document layout. When that happens, the current process draft and the messages in the conversation are sent to OpenAI's API to generate the answer.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Review the changes the assistant makes. When a process is already published, its changes apply to new requests as soon as they are saved. You are responsible for the processes and documents you publish. Do not include personal information in requests to the assistant unless it is necessary. We may change or discontinue AI features.
9. Third-party services
Easyflow relies on third-party service providers, listed in our Data Processing Addendum. It also lets you send data to systems you choose, through webhooks and event emails. We are not responsible for systems that you choose to send data to, or for how they handle it.
10. Availability and changes to the service
Easyflow is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running, but we do not offer a service level agreement or guarantee any level of availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, failures or reasons outside our control.
We may change, add or remove features. We will give notice of significant changes when it is practical.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Easyflow will be uninterrupted, error free or secure, or that it will meet your requirements. You are responsible for the decisions you make using the processes you run in Easyflow.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, even if it was told they were possible; and
- each party's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for Easyflow in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to your obligation to pay fees, to either party's indemnity obligations under section 13, or to liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
13. Indemnity
By you. You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your customer content, your use of Easyflow in breach of these terms or the law, or your dealings with the people you involve through the service.
By us. We will defend and indemnify you against third-party claims that Easyflow, as we provide it, infringes a United States patent, copyright or trademark, or misappropriates a trade secret. This does not cover claims caused by customer content, third-party services, or use of the service in breach of these terms. If such a claim is made or likely, we may modify the service, obtain the right for you to keep using it, or end your subscription and refund the prepaid fees for the unused period.
Process. The party seeking indemnity must notify the other promptly, let it control the defense and settlement, and cooperate reasonably. No settlement may impose an obligation on the indemnified party without its consent.
14. Termination and your data
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you can ask us to close your workspace by writing to hi@easy.wf. We may end these terms or suspend the workspace if you materially breach them and do not cure the breach within 30 days after our notice, or immediately where section 6 allows suspension.
Export first. Before closing a workspace, export what you need. Easyflow lets you export requests to CSV and download requests and generated documents as PDF.
Deletion. Deleting content in the app removes it from the workspace: it is flagged as deleted, not immediately erased. When a workspace is closed, its content is deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Sections that by their nature should survive the end of these terms, including payment obligations already incurred and sections 5, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 17, survive.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and notify workspace owners by email before material changes take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you can cancel before they take effect; continuing to use Easyflow after that means you accept them.
17. General
- Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum are the entire agreement between us about Easyflow and replace any earlier understanding.
- Assignment. Neither party may assign these terms without the other's consent, except to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of substantially all of its assets.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, other than payment obligations.
- Notices. We send notices to the workspace owner's email address. You can send notices to hi@easy.wf.
- Severability and waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Relationship. The parties are independent contractors.
