Every company has routines that nobody builds software for: purchase requests, employee onboarding, refunds, access requests. They live in email threads and spreadsheets, and the only way to know where one stands is to ask around.
Easyflow turns each of these routines into a process: a linear list of steps, each with a form, an owner, an approval and a deadline. Someone starts it by filling in the first form, and it moves from person to person until it is done, with a complete history of who did what and when.
What Easyflow does
- Processes as steps. You describe a routine once, step by step. Each run follows the same path, so nobody has to remember who comes next.
- Approvals and deadlines. Steps can require an approval, carry a due date and send reminders, so requests do not stall in someone's inbox.
- People outside the company. Clients, vendors and candidates can submit a request form, fill in a single step from an email link and follow their request on a tracking page, without creating an account.
- A gallery to start from. Ready-made processes for common routines let you begin with something that works and adjust it, instead of starting from a blank page.
What it deliberately leaves out
Easyflow has no boards, no Gantt charts and no automation builder. Those tools are good at what they do, but they turn a simple routine into a project someone has to maintain. A process in Easyflow is a list of steps you can read from top to bottom.
Principles
- Linear on purpose. A step can be skipped when it does not apply, but the flow always goes forward in one line. Anyone can understand a process by reading it.
- Nothing to maintain. No diagrams to redraw and no rules engine to debug. Changing a process means editing its steps.
- Outsiders welcome. The people a routine depends on are often outside your company. They take part without accounts, and they do not count as users.
- Your data stays exportable. Requests can be exported to CSV and downloaded as PDF at any time. Your content belongs to you.
- Honest pricing. One plan with a published price, a free trial that does not ask for a credit card, and no charge for the people outside your company who take part.
