How Easyflow compares with other workflow tools
Honest side-by-side comparisons for teams choosing a tool for approvals and internal processes. Every claim about another product links to that vendor's own pages, and each page says when the other tool is the better fit.

Easyflow vs Process Street
Process Street calls itself "the compliance operations platform". It has three products: Docs for document management and policy control (its site names ISO 9001, SOC 2, SOX and FDA), Ops for workflow automation and process orchestration, and Cora, an AI compliance and risk agent. Workflows are built from tasks and form fields: a stop task blocks every later task until it is done, approvals can be single, multi-stage or sequential, and conditional logic shows or hides tasks. It connects to other tools through native integrations, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, webhooks and an API. It is strongest for compliance programs in larger organizations, where policies, workflows and audits belong in one platform.

Easyflow vs Kissflow
Kissflow is a low-code platform to build enterprise apps, with workflows, forms, portals, boards and reports in one place. Its process builder supports parallel branches, conditional routing, SLAs and escalations, and it offers native connectors to systems such as SAP, Salesforce and Workday. It is strongest when IT and business teams want one governed platform for many internal apps.

Easyflow vs Pipefy
Pipefy is a process automation platform where each process is a pipe: phases are columns on a Kanban board and each request is a card moving through them. It adds public forms, a guest portal, request tracking, automations and AI agents, with hundreds of integrations. It is strongest for intake-heavy teams, such as procurement or shared services, who like to see every request on a board.

Easyflow vs monday.com
monday.com is a work management platform, with products for projects, CRM, service, development and campaigns. Approvals are something you build on a board with WorkForms, status columns and automations, and in August 2026 it added an AI Workflows block that sends approval requests and branches on the answer. It is strongest when your team already works in monday.com and wants approvals next to the rest of its work.

Easyflow vs Jotform
Jotform is a form builder, and Jotform Workflows turns a form into a flow with approval, team approval, approve and sign, conditional and split branches, payment requests, PDFs and webhooks. Approvers get buttons in the email and, if you turn off the login requirement, can decide without an account. It is strongest when the approval starts from a form filled by people outside the company.

Easyflow vs Microsoft Power Automate
Power Automate is Microsoft's automation platform, and its Approvals actions can be added to any flow. Approvers respond from Outlook, a Teams adaptive card, the approvals center or the mobile app, approvals can be sequential or parallel, and flows reach other systems through more than 1,400 prebuilt connectors. It is strongest for companies standardized on Microsoft 365 with someone in-house who builds and maintains flows.
