The paper log taped inside a restroom door is a familiar sight: a grid of times and initials that may or may not match what happened. It cannot show what the restroom looked like, and when something is wrong, the person who noticed has no quick way to tell the people who can fix it.
This template replaces the paper sheet with a check that takes under a minute. Print the start link as a QR code and put it on the door. Whoever does the round scans it, types which restroom it is, ticks what is OK (soap available, paper towels and toilet paper stocked, trash not overflowing, floor clean and dry), marks the result and takes a photo, which carries the date and time. If the result is Needs attention, they say what is wrong and a Cleaning team step opens with a two-hour deadline, asking what was done and for a photo after the fix.
It suits offices, stores, restaurants, gyms and facilities teams that check restrooms several times a day and want a record they can trust.
