Comparison

Easyflow vs Process Street: which fits your team?

Process Street has moved upmarket. Its home page now reads "Systemize execution. Prove compliance." and presents a compliance operations platform with three products, and every plan on its pricing page goes through sales. Teams that only need their purchases approved and their routines done, with a record, are the ones who start comparing.

This page covers the approach of each tool, how steps stay in order, approvals from email, people outside the company, approval limits by amount, integrations and the pricing model, then how to move one process over. Disclosure: Easyflow is our product. Every claim about Process Street was checked on its official website and help docs on November 3, 2026. Plans and features change, so confirm what matters to you before you decide. We do not list Process Street prices, and its pricing page does not show any.

Process Street

Process Street calls itself "the compliance operations platform". It has three products: Docs for document management and policy control (its site names ISO 9001, SOC 2, SOX and FDA), Ops for workflow automation and process orchestration, and Cora, an AI compliance and risk agent. Workflows are built from tasks and form fields: a stop task blocks every later task until it is done, approvals can be single, multi-stage or sequential, and conditional logic shows or hides tasks. It connects to other tools through native integrations, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, webhooks and an API. It is strongest for compliance programs in larger organizations, where policies, workflows and audits belong in one platform.

Easyflow

Easyflow runs internal requests and routines as a straight line: a request form, then steps owned by a person, a group, the requester's manager or someone picked in the form. Every step already blocks the next one until it is done, which is what Process Street calls a stop task, with nothing to set up. Approvers can decide from the email, tiers by amount pick the approvers, checklists come back with photos stamped with time and place, and every request keeps a tamper-evident timeline. It is built for teams of 10 to 300 people, with one published price and a trial you start without talking to anyone.

Which one fits

Choose Process Street if

  • You run a compliance program and want policies, workflows and an AI compliance agent in one platform, with document control for frameworks such as ISO 9001 or SOC 2.
  • You are a larger organization, you buy software through a sales conversation, and you want a vendor focused on audits and controls.
  • You need native integrations with tools like Salesforce, Slack or Jira, or connections through Zapier, Make and Power Automate.

Choose Easyflow if

  • Your work is mostly requests that need a decision (purchases, expenses, time off, access) and routines that must happen with proof.
  • Approvers should decide from the email, the amount should pick the approvers, and suppliers or customers should take part without counting as users.
  • You want the price on the page and a trial you can start today, without a sales call.

Moving a process to Easyflow

  1. Pick one workflow to move first, ideally a frequent request such as purchases or time off, and write down its form fields, tasks, stop tasks, approvers and conditions.
  2. Start from the closest gallery process in Easyflow (for example Purchase request or Vacation request) and adapt it: rename fields, add your lists such as cost centers, and set the approval tiers by amount. Stop tasks need no translation, since every step already waits for the one before it.
  3. Save or export the workflow run history you need to keep from Process Street before you cancel. Easyflow has no importer, so past runs stay in that record.
  4. Send new requests to Easyflow from a set date, let runs already in progress finish in Process Street, then replace the old links in your intranet and emails.

Questions

Is Easyflow a good Process Street alternative?

It is when most of your processes are requests that end in a decision, such as purchases, expenses or access, or routines that need proof, and you want a published price. If you run a compliance program and need document and policy control with an AI compliance agent, Process Street is the closer fit.

Does Process Street still have a plan for small teams?

Its pricing page lists a Startup plan, described as a simplified Pro plan, for businesses with fewer than 15 employees and under $2 million in revenue, with 5 users and 10 guests. Like Pro and Enterprise, it shows no price and goes through Contact sales.

Does Easyflow have stop tasks?

It does not need them. An Easyflow process is a straight list of steps, and each step stays closed until the one before it is done. Conditions can skip a step or hide a field, but nobody can jump ahead.

Can I import my Process Street workflows into Easyflow?

No. Easyflow has no importer. You rebuild each process from a gallery template, which usually means adapting fields and approvers rather than starting from a blank page, and you keep your old run history in Process Street or in an export.

Do outside people need an account in either tool?

Not always. Process Street share links, on paid plans, let outsiders fill in a workflow run without an account, and their activity is recorded as Anonymous. In Easyflow, outsiders use public request forms and guest steps sent by email link, and they never count as users.
